Summer Celebration

CELEBRATE THE SUMMER
Saturday, July 8th from 2pm to 5pm
VFW Post 350, 6420 Orchard Ave., Takoma Park, MD 20912
 

Come one! Come all! 
Join the Village of Takoma Park in an intergenerational outdoor gathering to welcome the warm weather season.

 
There will be:
Free food and soft drinks
Alcoholic beverages available for purchase
Live music with Singer/Songwriter Jay Keating
Raffle with prizes from local businesses including including, but with possibility of more to come: Amano, Magic Carpet, Motor Kat, People's Books, Roscoe's, TableTop, and TPSS Coop
Interactive activities
 
Registration requested (but not required). Free raffle ticket with each confirmed RSVP.
 
Free parking available. Rides for Village members who are 55 and over or with disabilities are available via VillageRides. Call 301-646-2109 by July 1st.

All ages are welcome. Attendance is free of charge, but donations are appreciated.
