Aging Well: Coping with Covid

The Covid pandemic has been part of our lives for many months now--the constant barrage of evolving information, and the need to observe precautions as we go about our daily lives.

But what about the emotional demands and impact of the pandemic?  Most of us are experiencing a range of emotional effects.

Join us for a compassionate and supportive exploration of this aspect of Covid, including strategies for coping with the continuing stress, and for managing the ongoing challenge we each face making decisions about how we gradually emerge from the Covid cocoon.

Our presenter will be Kathleen Landers, Certified Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Executive Director of SEQUENCE Counseling and Consulting Services & The Sequence Institute for Learning and Education.

This session is free and open to all.
